PACKING  AND SHIPPING POLICY 

 1 A )  Processing Time : 

Orders  are processed  within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation . Orders placed on weekends/ holidays will be processed the next  business day. . You will get a confirmation message  once your order  ships.

1 B ) Delay  Processing  Time : 

    Orders  may be  delayed  if the ordered  product / products  are temporarily out of stock at the time  of checking  out .. This rarely  happens  but  at times  if the inventory   update system is  delayed the product  will show IN STOCK  but actually it is OUT OF STOCK . 

In this case ,  we will  contact  you immediately  to request  you to replace  the product with another of the same value or we can REFUND  the  value  of that OUT OF STOCK  product  back to you .

  However If you  are  not in a hurry  to receive your order  we will arrange to procure your product within minimal  time . Once received  we will ship out your entire complete order . 

 2 ) Shipping Time and  Charges 

We  ship all over India  via (  Tirupati / Professional / Shree Maruti / Anjani / DTDC/ India post ) International  Shipping available  on request . They will be extra and NOT calculated at check out .

As  we charge  a nominal  fee of Rs 99/-  or Rs 50 /-  for Local  orders shipping in India , all orders will  be  executed  by Standard  REGISTERED POST PARCEL ONLY by India  Post .Such parcels after  dispatch   will take min. 7 to  10  working  days to reach you . However if you wish to receive your order  earlier then  a request  to send  by Fast Courier / Speed Post / Local porter can be made  and executed on paying  additional charges .  

3) Packing 

All orders are  securely packed( in bubble  wrap / paper wrap  /corrugated  boxes / eco friendly packaging / tamper proof  bags)   as per the weight and  volume  of the order  to prevent any damage.. We include  invoices / packing list  in every  order . 

4)   Delays in transit 

Delays can happen due to weather strikes , festivals  or incorrect / incomplete  addresses . We are NOT responsible for couier / postal   delays ,  but we will  help you track it .  

5) Wrong / Incomplete  Address

Please  double check  your address / phone number  at  check out . We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect/ wrong  addresses provided by you. Change request before Shipping . Whatsapp or call  us immediately at  91-9819576884.  

6 ) Tracking 

Once order is shipped out , you will  receive the tracking  ID  details  via  Whatapp/ email / SMS . You can personally  track  your order too . 

7)  Damaged / Missing  Items : 

If your  package  arrives  damaged or items are missing …

a) Record  a clear  UNBOXING  VIDEO  from  the moment  you open the courier bag .

b) Whatsapp  us at 91-9819576884 within 24 hours  of  delivery  with videos and photos 

c)  We will  Replace / Reship   after  verification . Claims  without  video  will not be accepted 

8 ) Order Cancellation/ Booking / Inquiry
