Locking card to matchbox
Another classic trick is refined to make it a brand new classic. You are seen to be holding a playing card in one hand. As you pass your other (empty) hand over the card, it instantly becomes a small matchbox, filled with wooden matches. Unlike the old models, you can handle the box freely. Great comedy routine: have the spectator choose an imaginary card out of an imaginary deck. Tell them you have a match of their card, yes that’s right a match. Ask them the name of their card. You then show them your predication card which is of course the wrong card. Then you make the change to the box of matches. You matched their card! Includes gimmicked match box, real matches, shim card & instructions.
A great close up illusion effect . The match box can be handed out for examination as it has a locking magnetic device .
